At Dito Studio, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. Below you'll find full details of our delivery options, estimated timescales, and everything you need to know about tracking and customs.
UK DELIVERY
We offer two delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Tracked and Signed For — £6.50 Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days. Your parcel is fully tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.

Next Day Delivery — £15.00 Order by 12pm (noon) for next working day delivery. Tracked and requires a signature. Please note: Next Day Delivery is not available on weekends or UK bank holidays.
EU DELIVERY
We ship to all European Union countries with the following options:

Tracked and Signed For — £20.00 Estimated delivery: 3–10 working days. Fully tracked with signature required on delivery.

Global Priority Parcelforce — £30.00 Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days. Priority tracked service with signature required.
Please be aware that since January 2021, EU orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for guidance before placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to 120+ countries worldwide with the following options:

Tracked and Signed For — £45.00 Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days, depending on destination. Fully tracked with signature required.

Global Priority Parcelforce — £65.00 Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days, depending on destination. Priority tracked service with signature required.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. All shipments are fully tracked from our studio to your door.

LOSS
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you can so we can open an investigation and arrange a resolution promptly.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply and are determined by your local customs authority.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Dito Studio at checkout.
- We are legally required to declare the full value of all items on customs documentation and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue declarations.
- Customs processing times can add delays beyond our estimated delivery windows. We recommend allowing additional time during peak periods.
If you are unsure about the duties applicable in your country, we recommend consulting your local customs office before placing your order.
PACKAGING
Every Dito Studio order is carefully packaged to protect your purchase during transit. We use premium, discreet packaging in keeping with the quality of our pieces.
