Returns & Refund Policy
We really hope you love your order from Dito Studio, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the information below to understand how returns work on our platform.
Orders Sold Directly by Dito Studio
If your order was sold and fulfilled directly by Dito Studio, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please include your name and order number inside the parcel to help us process your return as efficiently as possible.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@ditostudio.co.uk and we will provide further instructions along with the return address.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.
For returns made due to a change of mind, a refund will be issued for the item value only, excluding any original shipping charges.
Unfortunately, items returned outside of the 14-day return period cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Orders from Individual Sellers
Dito Studio is an intermediary platform that connects you with a handpicked community of independent sellers.
Each individual seller will have their own return or refund policy, which will be clearly displayed on the product page of the relevant item.
Items sold by individual sellers are generally exempt from Dito Studio’s standard return policy, and any return requests should be made in accordance with the seller’s stated terms.
If, however, you believe that:

The item has undisclosed damage or flaws,

Photographic evidence of the discrepancy.
We will review your case and liaise with the seller to reach a fair conclusion.
Damages or Issues
If your order (whether from Dito Studio or an individual seller) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away.
Email info@ditostudio.co.uk with your order number and photos if possible, and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.

If you’d like to swap an item purchased directly from Dito Studio, the quickest way is to return the original order and place a new one. Please feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union and sold directly by Dito Studio, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). Please include your proof of purchase, name, and order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

We recommend holding onto your proof of postage and tracking information until your return is fully processed.
